The Schools/Neighborhood:
This home is partof the top notch Camas School District and the bus stop is right across the street. Prune HillElementary is about 1/2 a mile away. The neighborhood is isolated andquiet, yet Walmart, Lowes, JC Penney, Home Depot, (and soon Costco) are justtwo miles up 192nd Ave. Downtown Camas, with all of it's charm, lies just a fewminutes to the West, over Prune Hill. The famous recreation of theColumbia River Gorge is 20 minutes away, while the Portland Airport is 15 minutes,and downtown Portland another 10.
The Lot:
